Pricing questions
You pay upfront for a 30-day block of on-call support. The clock starts when scope is agreed and payment is confirmed. At the end of 30 days, you either book the next block or you don't. No automatic renewals, no notice periods.
A support request is a single issue or task: fixing a broken plugin, updating DNS records, resolving a checkout error, etc. If an issue requires multiple sessions to resolve, it still counts as one request. We'll tell you upfront if something is likely to be scoped separately.
Yes. If you need to upgrade from Starter to Standard or Priority mid-block, we'll prorate the difference and apply it to your current block. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
No. Unused requests don't roll over to the next block. The value is in having the coverage available — not in banking requests.
No setup fees. The first block price is the same as every subsequent block.
We accept e-transfer (Interac), credit card via invoice, and PayPal. Payment is required before the 30-day block begins.
If we haven't started any work on your block, we'll refund in full. Once work has begun, we'll work with you to resolve any concerns — but completed work isn't refundable. We'd rather fix the problem than issue a refund.
